I was at a BBQ on a rooftop in Toronto, I remember feeling uncomfortable around the people I was with because I didn’t know them very well, so I decided to walk and look over the skyline of the city. Way above the skyline I see multiple flickering lights in unison as if attached to a large circular object to appear to be the size of the downtown core. I am used to seeing laser lights in the sky, this was not a light show. They were really bright lights, a white or a light blue. I did not hear any sounds. I was calm and in awe. I didn’t react or mention it to anyone.
