1. At 0521 hrs, 14 Sep 07, while proceeding to Bldg 5 Manston Cres, 22
Wing. MCpl REDACTED observed an intense light over the base and reported it
to MWO REDACTED (MCC) by duty cell phone. Â MWO REDACTED stayed in contact
with MCpl REDACTED and confirmed from staff of 21 Sqn who were sent outside and
also observed the intense light.
2. At 0525 hrs, 14 Sep 07, REDACTED approached MCpl REDACTED and also
saw the phenomenon and could not explain it as well. MWO REDACTED reported
that the object did not show on any scopes and it appeared to be moving at
a very low rate. MWO REDACTED declined to classify the occurrence andÂ
stated that a report has been generated.
3, MPP staff including MCpl REDACTED Cmre’s REDACTED and REDACTED also observed
the object. The phenomenon has been recorded by video and digital camera.

MCpl REDACTEDÂ also observed the bright light however the distance was
indeterminable, however appeared very far away and there was no sound
noted. The light appeared to move very slowly upwards (Westward). At
daylight, the light faded with the rising sun.
